The following is a model summarising a chronology of the pathological course of post-traumatic stress disorder as applied to the aftermath of the First World War.
The sub-divisions are based on the phases of post-traumatic stress disorder according to writers such as Judith Herman. I've then come up with the graphic representation myself while at the same time applying it to the chronology of the last century.
